10 drops of BINACIL™ Developer creme are mixed with 2 cm of BINACIL™ Eyelash & Eyebrow tint to create a 1.5% color creme, e.g. very hygienically and clean on the BINACIL™ Mixing Pad (Art. No. 23967).
